Water production process:

1. The depth of the hot and cold water pipes buried in the wall must be 1cm between the pipe wall and the wall surface, strictly following the principle of left hot and right cold;

2. The water outlet must be arranged strictly according to the national standard for the distance between faucets, and the inner and outer wires should be distinguished;

3. There is no blockage inside, and there is no explosion, emission, dripping, or leakage when the pressure test pump connected to the hot and cold water pipes is pressurized to 0.8MPA or above. Wall cannot be sealed without pressure testing;

4. After tiling, the internal wire bends of hot and cold water should not protrude from the tile surface;

5. After the water pressure test, open the main valve and open the plugs one by one to see if the joints are blocked;

6. Draw an accurate water pipeline diagram and submit it to the owner for preservation (preferably by taking photos of the construction section).

Electrical manufacturing process:

1. Cabinet air conditioning uses a separate 4-square-meter circuit, kitchen and bathroom each use a separate 4-square-meter circuit, lighting uses a 2.5-square circuit, and ordinary sockets use 1-2 2.5-square circuits without using 1.5-square wires,

2. The distance between strong and weak electricity should be at least 30CM, and the distance between strong electricity pipes and heating pipes (sheets), hot water pipes, and gas pipes should be greater than 30CM;

3. The power supply, telephone, TV and other sockets in the same room should be at the same horizontal elevation (except for special circumstances), strictly following the principle of left zero and right fire ground wire on top, and the grounding wire should preferably use the yellow green wire specified by the national standard;

4. The incoming conduit should be protected with a lock head, and the conduit should be laid flat without bends. The bends should be treated with hot bending or spring bending, and the connecting pipes should be welded with PVC glue. Strictly follow the principle of burying pipes first and then threading wires. For areas where pipes cannot be buried at the top, square wax pipes should be used for protection. Bare buried wires are strictly prohibited, and suspended ceiling wires must be fixed;

5. Weak current should not have connectors (TV cables should use frequency dividers), and network cables are strictly prohibited from having connectors;

6. The exposed pipes must be protected by electrical conduits, and when three sets of wires enter the same junction box, an external junction box must be installed. Cable boxes should be reserved in areas with lighting positions on the ceiling;

7. After the completion of the circuit engineering, all sockets and light wires should be tested with light bulbs to ensure that they are powered on. Both strong and weak electricity should be carefully tested, and whether the wires are active should be pulled out. It is strictly prohibited to proceed to the next process without inspection;

8. After acceptance, an accurate route map should be drawn and submitted to the owner for preservation (preferably by taking photos for preservation).

Water and electricity renovation:

Water and electricity renovation refers to the renovation process of replacing all or part of the waterways and circuits used by the original developer based on decoration configuration, household population, living habits, and aesthetic concepts. Hydropower renovation is divided into waterway renovation and circuit renovation.

1、 Waterway renovation section

1) Material Tips

According to the company’s quotation, select materials that meet national standards for construction (galvanized pipes and UPVC pipes are prohibited by the state for water supply renovation).

2) Construction precautions

1. Generally, water is changed to run on the top rather than the ground. The outlet of each cold and hot water outlet must be horizontal, with the left side being hot and the right side being cool. The pipeline laying should be horizontal, flat, and straight. The layout direction should be safe and reasonable. The position of the pipe clamp and the slope of the pipeline should meet the requirements of the specifications. All types of valves should be installed in the correct and flat position for easy use and maintenance.

2. The inlet should be equipped with an indoor main valve, and before installation, the water pipes and connecting fittings must be checked for damage, sand holes, cracks, and other phenomena.

3. The installation position of the water meter should be convenient for reading, and the distance between the water meter and valve and the wall should be appropriate for easy use and maintenance.

4. If installing a water softener, water purifier, small kitchen appliance, etc. in the kitchen, it is necessary to consider reserving the positions for water supply and drainage as well as power supply in advance.

5. Both cold and hot water pipes are installed in the wall, and the depth of the groove needs to be checked when slotting. Cold and hot water pipes cannot be in the same groove.

6. The left and right positions of the shower mixing valve are correct, and it is installed in the middle of the bathtub (first determine the size of the bathtub), with a height of 150-200mm above the bathtub. The massage bathtub has reserved water outlets according to the model. The distance between the mixing valve holes is generally kept at 150mm for concealed installation and 100mm for exposed installation. The outlet position of the linkage shower should be determined according to the height of the room and the personal needs of the owner.

7. The water inlet of the toilet should be placed as close as possible to a place where the toilet can block the view. The position of the water outlet of the integrated toilet should be determined according to the model, and it is generally left 200mm to the left of the center of the toilet drain.

8. Electric water heaters generally need to be fixed on load-bearing walls. If there are special circumstances, fixed brackets should be used to fix them on non load-bearing walls, and there should be sufficient space on the top floor for fixed brackets. It is necessary to communicate with the water heater manufacturer in advance to determine the position of the water outlet of the water heater.

9. When installing the inlet and outlet of the water heater, the inlet and outlet valves must be considered and installed in the corresponding positions.

10. When installing kitchen and bathroom pipes, the size of the pipes outside the wall should take into account the final size after the wall tiles are pasted, that is, the thickness of the wall tiles should be considered in advance.

11. When designing water pipes, consideration should be given to the installation position of the washing machine’s faucet and the layout of the drainage system. Also, pay attention to whether the position of the power socket is appropriate. When placing a drum washing machine in the kitchen cabinet, it is necessary to determine the size of the washing machine and cabinet in order to reserve the position for water supply and drainage.

12. Minimize or eliminate the use of connecting fittings inside walls and below ground to reduce potential leakage hazards. The installation of connecting accessories should ensure firmness and no leakage.

13. The height of the reserved water supply opening (bend) on the wall should be appropriate, which not only facilitates maintenance, but also minimizes the exposure of the hose to the outside as much as possible, and does not require additional hose connections, giving a simple and beautiful visual experience. For sanitary ware such as column basins without cabinets below, the reserved opening height should generally be set at around 500-600mm on the ground. The water outlet of the column basin should be set at the center of the bottom of the column or behind the column, and should be covered by the column as much as possible. The drainage pipe of the wall mounted washbasin (without columns or cabinets) must be arranged horizontally with elbows leading out from the wall (i.e. the drainage pipe enters the wall).

14. After water treatment, it is recommended to install a delta valve to connect the outlet with sanitary ware, water heater, etc.

11. After the waterway renovation is completed, a pipeline pressure test should be conducted, and the experimental pressure should not be less than 0.6 MPa. The time is 20-30 minutes.

3) Requirements for System Hydraulic Test

1) Before pressure testing, the valve behind the water meter should be closed to pressurize the indoor piping system.

2) Seal the end of the pressure test pipeline and slowly inject water, while releasing the gas inside the pipeline. Perform a sealing check after filling with water.

3) It is advisable to use a manual pump or an electric pump to slowly increase the pressure. After reaching the specified test pressure (usually 8 pressures in the waterway), stop pressurizing and observe whether there is any water leakage at the joint.

4) After stabilizing the pressure, a pressure drop of no more than 0.05MPa within half an hour is considered qualified.

5) After the pressure test is completed, original records must be kept and signed for confirmation

6) After the waterway renovation construction, a waterway renovation construction route map should be issued.

2、 Circuit modification section:

1) Material Tip:

3. The cross-sectional specifications of the wires used are 2.5mm2, 4mm2, and 6mm2, which are not subjected to tension, tightly wrapped without damaging the wire core, without twisting, dead bending, insulation layer damage, or other defects. The colors of the wires used should be distinguished.

2) Temporary electricity usage

1. Temporary power supply at the construction site should have complete plugs, switches, sockets, and residual current circuit breakers, and cable lines must be used for temporary power supply.

2. When entering the site, remove all the wires of the air switch and connect them from the main incoming line to the temporary distribution box. The engineering team should bring their own distribution box, including leakage switches, air switches, and sockets with protective devices, and the cables should be intact and undamaged.

3. Including cutting machines, angle grinders, electric drills, hand drills, impact drills and other electric tools, the insulation performance should be intact and safe to use after inspection, and the operation method should be correct.
