In Thailand, in order for a decoration company to operate legally, in addition to tax registration, the following documents and permits are also required:
Certificate of Company Registration
Purpose: This is the legal basis for the company’s existence and a prerequisite for obtaining other permits and licenses.
Application process:
Prepare the company name and ensure that it is not registered.
Prepare the company’s articles of association, including the company name, registered capital, business scope, shareholder information, and other relevant information.
Submit the company name, articles of association, and other relevant materials to the Thai Business Registration Bureau.

Business License
Purpose: The business license is the foundation for a company to operate legally.

Construction Qualification Certificate

Production and Business License (if applicable)
Usage: If the factory has more than 50 employees, uses equipment with more than 50 horsepower, or generates identifiable pollution, this certificate must be applied for.
Application requirements:
Fill out the “Application Form for Production and Operation License”.
Provide a copy of the company’s business license, equity structure, and identification documents of the legal representative/director.
Provide production process diagrams, equipment lists, and engineering construction drawings.
Provide a copy of the land deed and proof of the landowner’s agreement to build a factory on their land.
Provide a copy of the construction permit.
Provide factory location map, factory floor plan, and sewage treatment process.
Application process:
Submit the above application materials and documents to the industrial management department in the area where the factory is located, and pay the application fee.
Officials from the Ministry of Industry conducted on-site inspections to confirm the construction, structure, equipment condition, safety production, and pollution prevention and control status of the factory.
Officials shall issue a factory inspection report within 30 days after the inspection.
The Ministry of Industry shall make an approval or rejection decision within 50 days after receiving the factory inspection report.
