Exporting Outside the UK

Demon lamp will work in any country with a 230 -240 volts supply as long as you use a 3 Pin UK to 2 Pin Plug Adapter. Look at the map above, if your country is blue or light blue it will work.

On orders exporting to countries outside the EU which use 110 Volts, for example USA, Canada and Mexico. The energy saving bulb holder will be replaced with a standard E12 cord set with 2 pin plug. Unfortunately we cannot supply the bulb with this.

If you order goods for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the goods are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.

Return/Cancellation policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please inform us by email within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Any damages must be reported by email within 24 hours of the goods being received.

Ownership of the goods will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the goods, including delivery charges.

Goods returned because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item.

Delivery policy

Please allow 30 days for delivery. The vast majority of shipping times will be less than 14 working days. We will dispatch your order by courier. Within the UK, you can expect delivery within 7 working days. International orders may take a little longer.

All demon lamp orders to mainland UK however many products you buy delivery is £8 (which includes postage, packaging materials and order processing costs). Orders to countries within the EU are £20. All other international orders are £35.

Please note: The price charged for delivery of any item includes the cost of postage, packaging materials and order processing costs and the postage price seen on the package is only a part of these costs.
